Have your say on our proposals for the future of Novotel London Waterloo
Essendi, the owner and operator of Novotel London Waterloo, is bringing forward proposals to refurbish and extend the existing hotel.
Our proposal involves the refurbishment and extension of the existing building, including:
Refreshed ground floor, providing better facilities for guests, including in the reception and dining spaces
Improved energy performance through the replacement of outdated and inefficient building systems with modern, more sustainable technology
Existing gas systems will be replaced with a fully-electric energy system
Extensions to the top and rear of the hotel will provide additional accommodation where there is demand in a well-connected location
